Yesterday we did some Matariki art. I made a flax star with some colared paper here it is.

We have been doing lots of learning about Matariki. We read different legends about Matariki stars. we had to use a venn diagram to compare two legends we chose.

For writing we had to write an acrostic poem and a shape poem about rocket. We had to use descriptive language.

Germ pom pom

For art we made pom pom Germ using wool. We gave our Germs names and decided whether they were a good germ or a bad Germ.

For maths we have been learning our times tables. We have created a times tables maze. You have to use your times tables to get the chicken to her eggs.

Bubble Writing

This week we played with bubbles. We blew bubble outside. Mrs Clarke had some really big bubbles. We use juicy words to write a piece of writing. Here is my work.
